This Privacy Notice explains how SAYACORP CAPITAL LTD (“SAYACORP CAPITAL”, “we”, “us”, “our”), collects, uses, shares and otherwise processes your Personal Data in accordance with applicable data privacy laws and regulations relevant to your jurisdiction, such as the Data Protection Law, DIFC Law No.5 of 2020 (“DPL”).

Personal Data
The term “Personal Data” as used in this Privacy Notice means any information relating to you such as your name and professional contact details such as your business address, business email address and telephone number and information such as your job title. It may also include bank details and details related to KYC such as your passport as our relationship progresses as the applicable law requires. We will always collect data in line with the ‘data minimisation’
principle which means that we will only collect data that we require at the stage we need it. Personal Data does not include data from which you can no longer be identified such as anonymised aggregate data.
What we use your Personal Data for?
We will process your Personal Data if and to the extent that an applicable law provides a lawful basis for us to do so. We will therefore process your Personal Data only where:
- You have given us consent (which complies Article 12 of the Data Protection Law No. 5 of 2020) to the processing of your Personal Data for specific purposes
- The processing is necessary for the performance of a contract to which you are a party, or in order to take steps at your request prior to entering into such contract
- The processing is necessary for compliance with an applicable law that we are subject to.
- The processing is necessary for our legitimate interests or for those pursued by a relevant third party, to whom the Personal Data has been made available, except where such interests are overridden by your interests or rights.
We respect applicable laws and regulations in its use of Personal Data and we will only use your Personal Data for the purposes for which we collected it, unless we reasonably consider that we need to use it for another reason which is compatible with the original purpose. If we need to use your Personal Data for an unrelated purpose, we will notify you and we will explain the legal basis which allows us to do so.
Please note that we may use or disclose Personal Data if we are required by law to do so or if we reasonably believe that use or disclosure is necessary to protect our rights and/or to comply with judicial or regulatory proceedings, a court order or other legal process.
Sharing your information
We may disclose your information to our affiliates and third-party providers inside or outside your country of residence to perform services for SAYACORP CAPITAL and for the purposes stated above. - Request access to your Personal Data (commonly known as a “data subject access request”) and request certain information in relation to its processing

- Request the erasure of your Personal Data
- Request the restriction of processing of your Personal Data

SAYACORP CAPITAL’s retention of your Personal Data
The retention period we rely on will be in accordance with the applicable laws. Where the law does not provide for a retention period, we will hold your data for as long as is necessary to meet our purpose for processing. Once this period has expired, we will safely and securely destroy the data.
